Dara Aldy and Heidi Meythaler co-teach this four-hour class focused on the tools needed for an amazing birth. Come to learn optimal positions and comfort measures for labor. This class will equip both moms and partners for a natural labor and birth.

    Dara and Heidi teach from their personal passion for moms and dads as well as their own experience both as moms and as doulas helping others.

  • Birth Plan

    Learn how to develop your own birth plan so you can clearly communicate with your birth team and care provider.

  • Extensive Notes

    This course includes extensive notes with images that will help you understand the anatomy of birth.

  • Do I have to pay online or are there other means to pay?

    All payments must be made online via PayPal (which can accept credit and debit cards regardless of having a PayPal account or not).

  • What is included in this class?

    This class will include live in-person instruction, multimedia presentations, interactive discussion, Q&A, notes, and snacks. Class resources are available digitally here on the website after you log in.

  • What if I/we cannot come and need to cancel?

    If for some reason you register, but cannot attend live, please contact us via email at [email protected] and we will give you access to the recordings of live sessions.

  • Is this class online or in-person?

    During the Covid-19 pandemic, we moved the class entirely online. However, over recent months the class has changed back to being in-person. However, this course does include access to the recordings of previous versions of this course as well as access to digital content. Unfortunately, we are not able to do a hybrid experience of online with in-person due to our technology limitations (we tried and it was not great).
