Dara Aldy (Certified Labor Doula) and Mary Arthur (BSN, RN, IBCLC) team teach this four-hour class that will equip you with healthy postpartum practices and how to have a peaceful breastfeeding relationship. Guest speakers include Dara and Dennis Aldy.

    This class is in-person. This course also includes access to videos and digital files. Unfortunately, we are not able to do a hybrid experience of online with in-person due to our technology limitations (we tried and it was not great).
